I'm listening to this audiobook on hoopla through my library. I hope to learn something between this and the new codependency that will help me to make better choices in taking care of myself.

Are the exercises at the end of each chapter in the audio book version and, if so, have you been completing them?
I read the paperback version and found the exercises incredibly thought-provoking and very helpful in my own healing.
This book was truly life-changing for me, as were her YouTube videos (I have mod-approved links to a few in my profile in case you're interested).

Onlytime, I actually downloaded two and I'm working through the other book first - The New Codependency by Melody Beattie. I'll let you know soon about this one. Sorry to get your hopes up too soon!
