My husband also has a problem
With alcohol and he has just found about this drug called naltrexone. It works similarly to ozempic. It stops you from getting a dopamine hit and you can get it through the NHS, it is only licensed for gambling addiction but has lots of evidence to helping break that addiction. It maybe something that can help.
