Hello - How can I cancel my subscription/ membership? I wouldn't like to be charged again next year for a subscription/ membership.
When I tried to cancel using the link it didn't work. When I click on "cancel my subscription" after entering my username and Subscription ID I get an error.

So last night, I apparently upgraded someone else’s account and not my own and then had to do mine, too. I hadn’t come across this article yet that you could upgrade someone else’s for them. I also failed to see that I can’t get in the investigative tips until I’ve made more posts. This is me… 🤦🏼♀️

I'm trying to access SImplicity for the first time (I recently upgraded to Gold membership), and I keep getting the error "This site can't be reached". I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or if the site is really down. I'm hoping to access my older posts. Thanks!
