The Happiness Trap: How to stop stuggling and start living
By Russ Harris - a medical practitioner, psychotherapist, and expert on acceptance and commitment therapy. This book is amazing. I am only through the first step and I have managed to stop a lot of the mind movies that make me angry and depress me. I highly recommend this book for people who want to focus on their healing.

Warrior Goddess Training
I am working through this book now, and it is amazing! It helps women get over the crap in life and live joyfully and as a powerful, creative creature. I think the first thing that told me this would be a great process is the discussion about letting go of our story:
"The irony is that the first step on this path is not about gaining some insight or attaining a new state of being. Rather, it requires you to relinquish some things that you have been holding on to for a long, long time. On a path of transformation, you must be willing to give up your false beliefs and self-limiting stories. A story is something we tell ourselves and others to explain why we are the way we are. Our stories may be of inspiration, or woe and blame. Our stories might fill us with energy and enthusiasm, or make us feel helpless and victimized or angry and defensive. The stories we tell that limit our expression and joy are filled with false beliefs and attachments that really do not serve us. The question to ask is this: Is my story causing internal and external drama, or is it bringing me peace and fulfillment?"
The book is focusing on the stories women have grown up with, that they need to lose weight or have children, etc. But how many of us talk about how infidelity becomes our story and leaves us "less than"? That is one of the many stories I have to give up.
Anyway, I just thought I would share a wonderful, empowering experience.

The 21-day challenges and meals with Bhudda
Has anyone read these books? Taken the challenges? I am currently working through the 21-day mindfulness challenge and will move on to the self-love challenge next. I am seeing a positive difference! I think the changes started when I read "Breakfast with Bhudda", then "Lunch with Bhudda". These are truly inspirational and have given me a lot to think about.

browser history oddity
When I look at WH's browser history, I sometimes find one that is just a series of dots. When I click on it, the system says it can't find the page. Is he deleting specific searches from his history?
